I am all for customer service but waiting in line for 20 minutes while the cashier talked to and looked at pictures from another customer only to be told when it was finally my turn that they were out of stock on the item I wanted was very rude treatment indeed. What ever happened to asking this first customer to wait while I help this person that is behind you. I will be taking my business to another establishment.

The ladies that work there are fantastic!! Always great me by name, not to mention they know their stuff! You can ask their advice on anything & feel you get an honest answer. They're not pushy sales people making suggestions just to sell you something you don't need. They remember the products you purchase and the animals you're feeding. I always feel at home there. This is a fun store to shop in as well. You can get anything you need for any kind of animal you have, whether it's equine, canine, feline, bovine, porcine or whatever. They have yard decorations and an amazing section for us bird watching junkies, not to mention tack for your horse and dog grooming! They also sell greeting cards, so it can be your one stop gift store. Can't say enough good things about this store and the people that work there.
