Dr. Molinelli, a board-certified general surgeon, completed is medical degree at NYU School of Medicine and completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. Dr. Molinelli is expert in minimally invasive laparoscopic general surgery, including robot-assisted surgery with the da Vinci Surgical System. Physicians routinely refer their patients to Dr. Molinelli for surgical treatment of gallstone and gallbladder disease, hernias and tumors. Dr. Molinelli also performs surgical biopsies using minimally invasive robotic surgery.Dr. Molinelli has been a leader in the treatment of non-healing or hard-to-heal wounds through the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). HBOT has been life-changing to those with diabetic wounds in his care.
