I appreciate the supervisor working with me today to get a misunderstanding worked through however I would like to suggest they change their policy to accommodate Mail time , When a letter is mailed from SC to TX it Takes 3 to 5 days regular mail so maybe increasing the contact time to 7 working days would be a fair compromise to individuals after all the job market is a tough one and making it impossible may rule out a really good employee.
