BB&T. Chapin, SC, has met our needs fairly well. We have been a customer since the early '70s, through all the mergers, etc. There are a few things that I have suggested over the last year or so, but none have come to fruition ? In one of the positions that I held before retiring was, Manager of Medical Procurement for the entire State of South Carolina. I was deeply involved in many types of procurement [traveling all over SC] & IT work for our System Operations. It bothers me a great deal when I make a suggestion, usually for IT, & nothing happens? I really do not think BB&T reads "simple" request, i.e.: is that you banking IT Program increase the Characters that may be added on a Data Line. There have many others .... Through my work with the SC Budget and Control Board, Legislature of the State of SC, I have a number on plaques from the House, Senate, & then Governor West, in my home & hanging on the walls of the South Carolina Pharmaceutical Assoc.
