Tate-Mosher Appraisal Group, Inc., located in Chapel Hill, NC, is an established residential real estate appraisal firm that has been serving the Triangle area for over 25 years. We employ a staff of certified appraisers that service all of Orange, Durham, and Wake Counties, as well as many areas of Chatham and Johnston Counties. Our staff is professional, knowledgeable and well experienced in analyzing residential and small income producing properties. We also have FHA approved appraisers on our staff. We are well aware of the time constraints involved in the lending process, so we work diligently with our clients to deliver quality reports in the least amount of time as possible. We quickly follow through with a needed addendum or additional information that may be required for lenders to close their loans on time.
