General Info

Dr. Frische is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in general psychiatry, public health, and healthcare management. She has special interests in healthcare systems delivery, neurostimulation, and reproductive mood disorders. She enjoys working with men, women, and adolescents struggling with mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. Dr. Frische has worked extensively with medical professionals who experience symptoms of burnout and she also very much enjoys working with pregnant women and new mothers struggling with perinatal mood disorders. She volunteers her time as adjunct assistant professor with the University of North Carolina Department of Psychiatry. Her particular research interests lie in the clinical application of technological innovations for the treatment of reproductive mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression.
