General Info

Using primarily CBT and DBT principles, I provide counseling and case management to my clients and to their families. My agency's team-based approach ensures that all clinicians are kept in the loop about each client's progress. A typical team consists of the counselor, case manager, psychiatrist, and other professionals working with the client. My role as a counselor and case manager is very broad, and I often provide services that are not traditionally associated with therapy, such as engaging in cooking classes or exercising with my clients. I meet with my clients when it is most convenient for them, and I am available on nights and weekends. I also am on-call 24/7 so that my clients have the comfort of knowing that I am available in case of emergency. Being a young professional enables me to closely relate to the struggles of my adolescent and young adult clients.
