Nutrition plays an integral role in every aspect of our health and it is my passion to help people to feel better through eating good food. I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle and working with people to make small changes can have huge impacts on their health. When I’m not educating people on healthy nutrition, I am running, cooking, reading or spending time with my family.
