I had an appointment this morning, when I sensed I would be late, I called them and was told that it would be fine within 20 mins posterior to the appointment time, so I rushed to the clinic within that 20 mins time slot. after I waited in line to checked in, the receptionist contacted the Doctor Huin and I was asked to reschedule. I told them if I was not told over the phone that it would be fine within 20 mins, I would not rush to the office and would easily reschedule over the phone. Their office manager, Ms.Lori Wilkinson, came out without any apologetic gesture simply told me I have to reschedule with a cold face. I had to tell her repeatedly the reason I was rushing here is due to the latest information from the phone, she simply shrugged it off by saying "it might some call center person telling you that and they are not well trained". I asked her do I deserved an apology, she finally say that. well, I did reschedule an appointment for tomorrow for another physician, Dr.Borne. Guess what, just one hour later, I got a phone call from the office manager saying that my appointment is canceled and they are not going to see me anymore. What a nice way to treat patients!
