They refused to deliver a package to my address claiming a unit number was missing when it was clearly not and made me drive 40 minutes away to get my package which was a major hassle I am going to avoid getting things shipped through UPS because of this because this is just ridiculous

Horrible!!!! Waited and waited the day of delivery. Even working at home by the window which happens to be near our main door, to see if UPS track will arrive. Nothing just to learn that in the tracking update that they arrived and receipient is not available...WTF!!! No door knock, no door bell, no notice left that they came!!! Lousy service and a BIG LIAR saying they came!!! If you dont like your job then QUIT!!! You should be proud of whatever job you got.. customer service is not for you....whoever is the delivery man!!!

This UPS store is horrible their customer service is not good at all i'm not going into details with what i experience but they need to change staff and they need to do it asap.

I got the job as a driver helper and was told that they would get my uniform out to me but never called me back on where to meet the driver but never called me back. I have been waiting 3 weeks now for the call.

I agree, terrible. I wouldn't have given it any stars but it requires at least one.

It's ridiculous that this "customer service" center doesn't have a phone number all I wanted to do was talk to someone at this location, but all I can do is talk to someone god knows were, that can't give me any useful information. Lesson learned, use FedEx.
