 Established in 1988, The Barber Shop & Company first opened its doors on Dale Boulevard in Woodbridge Virginia. Randy Dingus Sr -the owner and operator- having put his heart and soul into the company, has establish a reputation of providing customers with more than a haircut.  "You will never mistake our shop and quality to anyone else. Our reputation speaks for itself." Randy "Sr" has trained over 100 barbers, who have become part of the BS& Co family, and continues to do so today. With 20 locations to serve you, we strive to continue our "above and beyond" approach of providing our customers with The Barber Shop & Co Experience!
