I usually do not write reviews but I think just as I have benefited from others reviews I need to pay it forward. Please do yourself a favor, do not purchase an appliance from Lowes. The appliance department staff do not seem to know what they are doing. It is amazing that they are still in business with their nonchalant attitude they act like they are doing you a favour selling their goods. Had a bad experience where appliance was purchased and installation is scheduled, cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute and cancelled yet again by Lowes staff. Each time the person calling pretends they are unaware of last cancellation. They set up delivery and installation of appliance without consulting with customer and even then still cancell. Will never purchase any major item from this store. This review applies to both sterling and Chantilly locations
If you want to fix anything at home by yourself, you should visit this DIY shop to find what you need. Their staff is helpful, you should try them.
When I constructed our mini kitchen, I bought all my construction tools here! They are all affordable and they even offered me great deals. So what more can I say? Just visit them for you to experience their level of service.
The people in here are well-informed and very helpful. I like it in here, the items that they have in here are so amazing and the option they provide is blowing my mind.
