Signed on with the company because of evidence of carpenter ants around the home exterior and insects of various kinds in the basement.. After initial service which included exterior and interior service, the first floor of the home was inundated with carpenter ants coming out of the walls. The Green Pest team made several rapid response visits at no charge in response to our urgent calls to combat this influx of ants. The ants were soon eradicated and the home has been pest free since then. Fast. courteous service which clearly works very well.

Sprayed organically 2 days ago for acrobat and carpenter ants. Numbers haven't diminished. The contract does state that it might take 10 - 14 days for all pests to be eliminated, I would have expected that I wouldn't be seeing so many ants after spraying! They have my $170, but I still have the ants. Disappointed.

Someone knocked on my door from this company. I googled it and saw a couple negative reviews and many positive. The sales guy was professional and I switched to Green Pest Control. I have been pleased so far and will use them as long as they do what they promised to do.

I am tired of dealing with the billing practice of this company. I have been billed for a service that has not taken place. I have been to the complaint boards and found others having the same trouble with this company. I received a bill for a December service that was not performed on my house. My husband and I were both home and no service tech came to our home. I also check to see if we had given access for this company to our security gate for any time in December and the answer was no. I have had a problems of this nature in the past and so I save any recorded messages from these companies and also when I call so say I do not want service so I have several confirmations incase in need it. I plan on contacting my state attorney general office if this is not resolved. The my attorney general office acturally has a pesticide department to handle complaints from scaming companies. I would check with them for complaints or pending court actions before signing any pest contract
