Founded in 1960, Northcott Hospitality is a privately held company that develops/operates restaurants and lodging concepts. With over 50 years of hospitality and brand management experience, it provides hospitality management services to AmericInn franchisees and other leading hotel brand operators. Its Houlihan brand is one of the leading full-service casual dining restaurants across the United States. In 1994, it acquired the AmericInn brand that has approximately 250 locations open and under development. With 21 locations, Northcott Hospitality is the third largest franchisee of the Perkins Restaurant chain.
