Coffee is good when you get the right one but they're so busy they don't pay attention. My boyfriend waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, ordered a white chocolate mocha for me. When he brings it home to me and I taste it, it is hot chocolate, which is gross and a lot cheaper than the white chocolate mocha he ordered. The little tag on the cup even says white chocolate mocha they just apparently didn't bother to read it so we're out 5 bucks because no way he's driving back there to wait another 30 minutes to get what he ordered in the first place. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! And to make matters worse it isn't the 1st time its happened to me at Starbucks...
