Run for the Hills. Poorly run office. Will charge you for visits due to their incompetence. Over charged us and are completely unethical in their dealings. Instead of refunding us what we were suppose to be refunded, they then back charged us for office visits that were cancelled, then upped the rate of one of the visits to over compensate their costs. One of their staff, when asked for the doctor to call me back on an issue said he does not return calls and has too many emails to answer you. I was horrified, considering I needed an adjustment on my hormone therapy. Instead of taking care of me, he left for vacation for a week, after I had begged his office to speak with him. Instead of calling us to discuss the matter of this refund that went on for weeks, after numerous calls that became a frustration fest on our end, he sends us a rather nasty email and discharge. Now an ethical doctor would have called to discuss matters, he is a NP. I would not go here for any amount of HCG.
