The clothes are nice, but the costumer service is horrible. I was treated rudely, and offered zero help. When I asked for help, they just pointed me in the direction and continued about there own social business. It was dark, and the music was a lot louder than it should have been. The theme of the store however is nice and fun. there are surfboards every where and a TV screen monitoring a live view of a beach. It definatly achieves its goal of setting a "surfer hut" like atmosphere. In the end however the lack of kindness and help discourages me to shop there again.
