Dr. Lazarski is originally from Chicago, IL, and attended college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his D.M.D. and Master of Public Health degrees from Harvard University in Boston, MA, graduating summa cum laude with class awards in endodontics, oral surgery and radiology.
