I registered my wedding with Seno's at a local bridal show and paid the $10 deposit. I was told at that time, if I decided to go somewhere else just to come in for a refund, no problem. About a month later we had decided to use a different vendor for our tux rental because the colors matched better and they were much cheaper. I stopped by Seno's to get my refund and was told by the store associate, who was very nice, that she needed approval by a manager to issue the refund. She was unable to reach either of them so she took my info and was going to mail the check on Friday, this occurred on Wednesday. After a week had passed, I received a call from the manager who wanted to see if they could keep my business but he was going to be out of town so he left another number. I phoned the other manager and was told they would issue a refund. The check was just received yesterday, after a stop into the store, 2 phone calls, and 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend you go elsewhere.
