I took a sweater and was charge $9.40 which I thought was too expensive. It is also frustrating to not know what each item will cost. Most cleaners have prices posted.

Customer service is horrible...especially with alterations. You would be better off going to any other cleaners in champaign! One star is generous...I would not use again!
We drive from Philo and back because they are that good! The only place in town that will starch those shirts just they way he loves it! I recommend them to friends and family all the time.
My wife had a spot on her slacks and they were able to correct it without redying her suit.
The staff has worked hard to keep me happy, I am very persnickety when it comes to my clothes but CSC has done a better job than other DC's I have gone to.
