Lowe's customer service group is a JOKE. No service while I was there. 4 people behind the counter. one was on the phone, 2 were working together on something,(not helping a customer that I could tell) . 1 was just talking with a customer which just looked like chit chat to me. I could understand if they are busy, but to not even acknowledge my wife and my existence at the counter was unbelievable. Not even a "I'll be with you in a minute" or anything. After the two working together finished, the one walked right past us and out of the area. The other one started toward us and then the phone rang and he answered that. But again, no word to us like, excuse me I'll be right there. He just took care of the phone customer.. We left, don't ever expect to return.
