Place is horrible, seen first hand how management there treats their employees like trash on the ground, explains the sad unhappy faces of the staff, called numerous times spoke to different managers and they spoke to me worse then what i witnessed in office. I will never go there again as seeing a poorly run office and if you werent familiar with the office you would think it was a fake facility. I would hope the word gets out so an investigation is done and the state can see how patients and employees are being treated like dirt and worse of it all they have employees doing clinical jobs and these so called nurses have never even went to medical school. Go to this place at your own risk and stay away from the red heads in management as they talk to you like a piece of trash. I would hope that dr star will see all these reviews as there ate more than just on this site cause i believe in time that business will close or be shut down for violations. Would you want a so called nurse taking your bp or taking your sutures out who was never trained by an accredited school? I sure wouldnt! The word is out and i hope sooner than later this place is shut down so no other patients have to be treated badly or get injured being cared for by a fake nurse.

Dreadfully managed. Good luck navigating their labyrinthine phone system. If you finally do get to talk to the right person you can be assured that they will withhold at least one critical piece of information, necessitating further visits and/or phone calls. I had called to request my medical records only to find they lost my MRI disk. They simply had no idea where it was. My MRI was only a few months previous. What's going on here? Are they throwing away patient records? Orthopaedicare is a headache.
