We needed to have a bad clog taken care of in our bathroom - a clog that was deep in the wall of an old house that I couldn't get to by using the standard pipe snake. Al was our plumbing technician. He was extremely friendly and explained how all of the plumbing worked and what he had to do. The price he quoted us was better than we found elsewhere. He was careful to be cleanly and professional. Even though it turned out to be a difficult job, you wouldn't have known it by his actions. He remained polite and personable throughout. When he completed the job, he made sure to spend extra time cleaning anything that had been touched by the job. He even gave us a company care package to thank us for our business. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than I do Al or The Plumbing Source. I hope we never need to have our plumbing worked on again, but if we do, he is the only person that I would call.
