I would highly recommend this clinic. I don't usually take the time to rate, but THEY took the time with me when I needed a Vet for my best buddy. Very compassionate, extremely reasonable. I know now, where I'll take my animals.

This is the best vet we've ever patronized. I can't say enough good things about this place. From the receptionists to the vets, everyone is caring, considerate, and, as another reviewer noted, they actually TALK to you about your concerns and take the time to get to know you and your pet. An A+!

Although not a huge hospital, I'm still very impressed. I wasn't happy with the place I was going, because they seemed to want to see as many people as they could to rake in as much money as they could. I always felt like a number. BUT NOT HERE! My dog was limping, and the morning of my appointment Concord Pike Vet was VERY BUSY but the staff STILL took the time and didn't rush me though the appointment. No longer was I a number, they really DO love animals there. They are they only place I have ever gone where they actually TALK to me about my pet, and even their own pets. But beware, they are sometimes very busy, the morning I was there it seemed like a lot going on. At first I thought I'd never be seen, first impression was this place is is in utter chaos! The waiting room was full, and I could here phones ringing and staff was rushing all over. But, my pet was seen in a timely manner, and, although the diagnosis wasn't good, I feel lucky I found a new vet. I'm staying. Grade A+

I would highly reccomend going to this vet. It is very rare for me to actually take time and write a review, but they are so nice and caring there that they deserved it. We drive 30 minutes, and we have a vet down the street. The prices are also reasonable.

Thank goodness we lucked into finding this place. We have since moved, and still drive 45 minutes to see them because they are that good. They treat your pet as though it were their pet- with personal concern. And they treat you as though you are a personal friend. Dr. Cindy goes out of her way to calm both my pet and me (we are both a little high strung), and is attentive and responsive and thorough. Wendy in front is unfailingly enthusiastic and helpful. They have my complete confidence.

Dr. Zindel and Dr. Cindy are both animal loving, intelligent, wonderful doctors! They genuinely care about the pets they take care of and I feel that my dogs get the best medical care they can get. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet. The staff is also wonderful, friendly and pet loving.

This vet will not overcharge you just so they can put up pretty wallpaper and fancy chairs. This is a no nonsense help the pets vet that will give it to you the straight answer no matter how much it's going to hurt you. If you love your pet and see them as a family member bring them here.
