WOW!!!!! What a fantastic experience!!! Great company & great customer service!!! I went in to purchase a phone & instead of trying to UPSELL me the lady directed me into a much cheaper phone!!! i will never use the internet or Android apps so she advised me NOT to spend that much money as it would be a waste! i will most definatley be referring my friends & family here. Thank you!

I have to say I just had a great experience with this wireless store. They are very helpful & went above & beyond even by showing me how to work my new smart phone. They also informed to turn off the Internet all the way so it does not eat up my MB & cost me more money! They are a great company that I will continue to do my business there & also refer my friends & family to. :-) Great customer Service!!!!

JGS WIRELESS INC. 670 South Main Street in Central Square NY. Please do NOT do business with these people. They sold my under age kid a phone that DOES NOT work. When I tried to reason with the lady to at least give her back half of her money she just flat out refused. She looked back at me with a smog look on her face and said "sorry". I asked if how would she like it if it was done to her and she basically admitted she knew it was broken and the phone isn't her problem anymore. She then asked us to leave. REALLY!?!?!?!?! How do people do stuff like this and still be able to sleep at night?
