Quality Process Serving is located in Medford, Oregon and we do business in all of Southern Oregon specifically Jackson and Josephine Counties. We are the "go to" servers in the Rogue Valley. Our "serve" rate is the highest, and our prices the lowest!! Our servers are trained to serve or gather information at the site, helping us to locate the defendant if not at the address given us. If the tenant is a family member we will leave our card and ask them to have defendant call us. We will ask if they have a current phone/cell number, a place of business, or a new address for the defendant. You'd be surprised how much information you can get just by asking! We will check our large data base for skip tracing purposes or check the Oregon database (OJIN) for any criminal convictions, small claim or evictions which may lead us to a better address or give us a new lead in finding your defendant and completing service. Highly recommended because Vicci, the owner, goes beyond the norm to get the job done. If a troublesome job, she has trained her staff to investigate while out in the field where the most important information is to be found. Her success rate is very high. And she always has time to answer questions that I have on the phone.
