Sam, our Sales Associate, was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, no sales pressure, helped us find what we were looking for, and very patient with our questions. Alex and Xeenan, the delivery team, were awesome! They called to let us know when they were arriving, very respectful, explained how to operate the bed, and set everything up just as we wanted it.

We have ordered a lot of furniture from Garrison's. Everyone is very customer service oriented and is very helpful. This last time, we ordered a TV console out of a catalog. It wasn't exactly what I thought it would look like when it was delivered. I was able to keep this one while we ordered a new one. We loved our NEW ONE. We were grateful for the exchange! Garrison's wants to make it's customer's happy. Jacob & Kelly , the young men that delivered the new TV console and took back the other one were very polite and friendly.We appreciate they were very careful with our wood flooring and put on booties.
I went to the Crater Lake store. The resource person initially was Ashley and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and then we ordered more stuff and got some discount and that day Dan was there to help us. Their sales staff is best, very helping, always willing to guide you, and committed towards their customers' interests.The only thing which went wrong with our order was assembly. One bed was assembled very well and we were very happy but the other one was partially assembled and there were a lot of parts not properly fit but the delivery guys said this model assembled the way they assembled. Later, I moved the mattress a little bit the panels of the base were also moving it reminded me that they didn't adjust the screws in the panels, I was very frustrated, I called them, they sent some other experts, they said that the screw spots are not proper and we can drill new spots to fix it. I was not comfortable with the drilling and requested them to pick the bed, they picked up the bed without any charge and then refunded me in full and also sent me some store credit.My overall experience is good with Garrison's handling the sales and refund.
On Friday, January 12, 2018, we purchased a Zoey Power Glider Recliner by Flexsteel on sale at Garrison's Home. Our salesperson was Richard Saltmarsh, who we found to be extremely helpful. We came to the sale specifically to look at recliners, let Richard know that, had he made search very simple. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He also ably helped us arrange to have someone come to our house to resolve an issue with a purchase that we made last August.Alex and Derek delivered the recliner last Thursday. They arrived just when they said they would, set up the recliner, moved the chair that it replaced, and moved our sectional sofa for us as well. They were neat, clean, efficient, and pleasant. Overall, our experience with Garrison's Home, and there employees has been more than satisfying.We made our first purchase from Garrison's in August, 2017. I had not submitted a review then, but I want to point out that our salesman at that time, and the delivery men as well, were as good then as now. So far, my wife and I could not be happier.
Ashley at Garrison's Home Furnishings was knowledgeable and thoughtful in helping me select the perfect Stressless Chair and Ottoman for my needs. Jake and Derek were friendly and considerate in the delivery. Everyone I dealt with at Garrison's was top notch and my new chair is excellent in fit, color, and comfort. Love it!
Phil Kavanaugh is very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and patient and helped me pick furnishings for my living room and master bedroom. Justin and Joe were the best delivery people -- they were extremely careful and protective not only of the furniture they were delivering, but of the space into which they were moving it. They even moved my piano so the new sofa could be placed exactly where I wanted it.
Garrisons is one of the best customer support and quality furniture stores in the Rogue Valley and other places we have visited throughout the land. You can count on quality customer service and quality furniture pieces with some very lovely pieces and great quality prices. Their OC store in Phoenix is a great way to find some unique lower prices, but the main store on Highway 62/Crater Lake Aveue is not to be reproached for their prices, because everyday prices are really good, but the sales are great! They sell many different styles, colors and textured fabrics with special orders you can choose your own fabrics as well.
My husband and I are very pleased with our experience purchasing products from this store. From purchase to delivery, we received excellent sales attention by Tammy and; Alex and Derek were polite, flexible and cordial when they delivered our curio cabinet.
Phil, the sales person was very personable. He showed us the exact types of couches we were looking for in different styles. When we determined which sofas we liked best, he went through all the available information he had on them. We weren't 100%certain we wanted to purchase so he let us wander the rest of the shop where we found the perfect dining room table for our new house, which we did purchase! Great price! When Alex and Derek delivered the table and chairs - they where terrific! Outstanding experience. We will be back.
Garrison's did a great job!! They are always So nice and I don't have any complaints.
Sierra and Owen were terrific. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We have bought furniture here before since it is the place to get high quality at a great price. Especially during their Anniversary Sale (the free good beer and wine was a good thing as well!). The delivery guys, Joe and Kody, were also great. They were friendly and very helpful (they loaded our truck with our old furniture so we can haul it away to donate it somewhere). Again, you cannot beat the atmosphere, service, furniture, and prices at Garrison's.
Travis and Skyler went out of their way to deliver my mattress set promptly when I needed it. I purchased a Tempur-Flex Supreme mattress and Tempur-Ergo Base. Because I'm chemical sensitive, I let it "off gas" for two weeks before I slept on it. Last night was my first night sleep on my new set and am happy to say that there was no chemical smell and the mattress was what I was hoping for - good support for my back but comfortable.
Our family has been a repeat customer of Garrison's for at least 6 years. Every purchase we have made has been excellent! We are treated with the utmost respect, from the time we walk through the showroom door to when we are opening our home's front door for the delivery. If there is ever a problem, well, let's say, it's not a problem! Garrison's is there to make it right immediately! A special shout out to Nic, Kody and Keanu for making our latest "additional" to our Garrison's furniture "collection" a reality!
Jeff was our sale person he was awesome it took us while to get everything picked out. We bought a lot of furniture and some pieces didn't work after we got them. we returned with no hassles after 6 days, we picked out different pieces until we found what worked for our house and liking. We had several deliveries Alex and Keanu were at one the deliveries they courteous and careful. We had a great experience and I will send family and friends there if anyone needs furniture. We have lived in Grants Pass for two years. This is our second purchase from Garrisons and will only shop there as our needs change. To be greeted with a sales force in a friendly laid back way is wonderful. No pressure! They listened to our wants and together we found exactly what we desired.We received our special order two weeks earlier than expected and the delivery guys were great; on time, courteous and respectful. Garrison's Home Furnishings are very professional but friendly and helpful. Dan Shaddox is the person that helped us with our purchases and our one exchange. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would not go anywhere else to purchase furniture in the valley! The delivery guys were very nice also but they came early and did not leave me a voicemail when they called to let me know. Other than that they were great as well. :) We purchased a rocker recliner, a living room chair and ottoman and a hide-a-bed. We love them all!
Pleasant, friendly, homey, but at the same time very business-like without sales pressure. Entire staff made me feel at home regardless of my many questions, and time spent trying our a variety of furniture. I rate my experience a VERY GOOD ONE!
Friendly courteous service, both is sales and delivery. I especially loved the no pressure sales tactic and a close second was the delivery men and their ability to change their schedule to accommodate me. All in all, I would say it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Relaxed and helpful sales, No pressure. I returned several times to take new fabric home. Fast delivery. My old Ekornes recliner was repaired and works! This freed me to replace the couch I had given to my daughter.
