This is a very homelike setting and does not seem institutionalized like other places. People are free to come and go as they please. Staff give as much independance to the residence as they can handle. The owners are very loyal to the residents and actually do the work. This is a key in the assisted living community. Many places hire out and workers report to owners. Here the owners can see first hand what needs to be changed to make this a better place. I have been a subcontractor here for a number of years in the medical field and know first hand what other facilities are like. I just recently opened my landscaping business and graviting away from the medical field to devote more time to my business. This is a truly wonderful place and a stop you should make while searching for you or your loved one.
