Provided by YP.comI had my engine rebuilt here and to say the least, I was very dissatisfied with their service. First, they can not keep their words in terms of time. Multiple times that I have had dealing with them, they we're few days late, if not few weeks. Second, their supposed knowledge in engine is very questionable. They tried to tell me that there was a leak in my intake and that's why it's having hard time ideling, when in fact another shop pin-pointed right away to the real problem which was a valve timing. Also, they told me that fixed the problem when all they did was reset my computer. This place is just going to mess up your engine for good, so STAY AWAY!

Provided by YP.comI called yesterday to get a quote on a tranny rebuild. They do mostly imports so they referred me to Brother's Transmissions, who answer the phone "hello?" Weird. I called Metric back. He said he'd do the labor of uninstall/install and send it to Brothers for the rebuild all for $1300. other quotes were closer to 2k. I called Chad today with a couple questions, wondering how they're doing it that low. All the sudden he's like I said 1300? No, 1300 is for the rebuild. Plus 450 labor. I said no.... that's not what you told me yesterday! Chad then says, "maybe I was distracted while talking to you, or maybe I was confused." Um, ok... If you're that distracted by giving me a quote, how much attention are you giving to my vehicle?! Then Chad tells me that maybe when he transferred my call to Brothers is where I got the price wrong. Wait, what? I was never transferred! Chad put me on hold, called Brothers himself, got back on with me, and said, "Yeah, we can do it all for $1300." Today I called to basically get an appointment but when the price jumped up I ended the call. I'll never call again. Plus, if I had a nickel for every time Chad said 'um' and paused in the conversation, I could pay for a new tranny!
