If in-home treatment doesn't resolve the problem, your computer is taken back to our hospital for further tests and treatment. We specialize in setting up home networks, allowing families to share computers, printers and Internet connection. Other in-home services include tutoring, computer optimization and hardware upgrades and others. A+ Computer Medic offers cost-effective computer support to organizations in need of network administration or maintenance of multiple stand-alone computers. Our technicians are proactive, working with clients to establish maintenance schedules that provide the necessary service and upgrades to reduce or eliminate the need for crisis management. Our combined backgrounds include a Bachelors from the University of Utah, A+ Certification, MC SE Certification, Novell Certification, Microsoft Windows Certifications, MN and AOL Internet Certification, Cisco Router Certification, Printer Certifications, plus a lot more and over 20 years of experience. We guarantee quality and timely solutions. Our goal is your satisfaction. Our technicians are factory authorized to service both warranty and non-warranty products from all manufacturers.
