Using Lowes on Wilmington Pike in Kettering for a kitchen remodel and it has been a nightmare. Started meeting with them Oct 2016, paid for project in Dec. 2016. It is now mid April and they have started with a crew of one. ...will be done by Christmas at this rate. They have our money and have little interest in timely work. We will never recommend them to anyone.
If you go to purchase a year end deal, make exactly sure of what you are getting. I went with my wife to buy a zero turn mower. I was told there were two left. One outside and one in a crate. I could get 15% off. When I returned with a borrowed trailer I was told only the one outside left in the rain, with the gas cap and stickers coming off, was 15% off. I wasted my time. I refused to buy with the misrepresented sales pitch.

DO NOT use Lowes to install granite countertops. Its a nightmare, gave Lowes money on April 4th 2011 and today is June 15th 2011, no counters and still no install date set after working with three different sub contractors of Lowes.
this one is a bit different. i came here a few days after my other trip to a lowes closer to home. this one is a bit more helpfull with information about items or just which department they would be in. they'll try and help you out here. and the store is in good shape so this one is more worht a look then the other one i've been to.
