Young not only did not meet my expectations, she made me feel like I was taken advantage of.



My appointment was made to evaluate a potential cavity, but instead I was told that I need a cleaning with fluoride before the necessary work could be performed. After the cleaning and fluoride, I was told that I needed a new crown and lots of other work, and that I should schedule more appointments. A second opinion revealed that I didn't need a new crown at all. I paid for the cleaning, the fluoride, x-rays and a bum evaluation. Then I had to pay for more x-rays because by ignoring my requests, her office made it impossible to obtain the originals in a timely fashion.
