- FlooringOn August 25th, 2022 IMC was awarded the B1000 Renovation at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. The project was awarded at $3,585,596.00. It consists of roughly 40,000 sf renovation of the existing readiness center for the Colorado National Guard and includes lead abatement from the old indoor shooting range, complete replacement of HVAC system, electrical systems and all new flooring paint and ceilings through-out the facility.

- Demolition• Infrastructure Recovery: Restoration, repair, and demolition of facilities, utilities, real property systems, and other infrastructure requirement that cannot be performed in required timeframes with normal contract mechanisms to meet vital mission requirements.
- LandscapingOn August 22nd, 2023, IMC was awarded the East Parking Lot Expansion for Lutheran High School (LuHi) in Parker, CO. The awarded contract amount is $937,784.00. The project consists of grading the vacant lot to the north of the existing east lot, concrete curb and gutters, asphalt paving for roughly 72 parking spaces, site lighting and landscaping.

- SidingThis project consists of Design-Build of a new pre-engineered metal building for a local cheerleading company. The use of the facility will be training cheerleaders for competition. The building is 115′ deep by 135′ wide. There is also an admin area inside the building that will be approximately 25′-4″‘ wide by 44” deep. The main floor of the office area consists of male and female bathrooms and a single open area for parents to wait for their children. In addition to this waiting area there is a single staircase going up to a mezzanine that will house mechanical rooms and provide for additional waiting area. The interior of the gym is designed as an insulated warehouse style building with a single line of columns to support the structure going down the middle of the building. There is also a small area, 24′ by 26′ that is recessed into the gym floor to house trampoline or foam pit. Exterior finishes will consist of a 4’ ecostone style stone veneer and insulated metal panels for the siding. Natural lighting is provided through translucent wall panels on the exterior of the front and back side to provide day lighting into the gym. The gym will be fully sprinkled with a wet-pipe fire suppression system. Site construction consists of all grading and utilities as well as asphalt parking and concrete sidewalks.

- InsulationIMC was awarded the build out of the Boat Inspection Shed at the Aurora Reservoir. The project consists of a full interior buildout, new HVAC systems as well as reconstruction of the west wall to accept new HVAC unit. Energy efficient insulation and lighting, new millwork and painting the entire interior of the facility.
