For more than 40 years, Dean Steel Buildings Inc. has been in the metal building contracting business. Located in Cedartown, Ga., the firm designs and fabricates pre-engineered buildings. Dean Steel Buildings Inc. is the first pre-engineered metal building firm with approval from the Dade and Broward counties. Its product list consists of canopies, roof extensions, fascias, wind columns, masonry walls, framing panels and accessories. The company specializes in commercial/industrial facilities, shopping centers, office buildings, commercial banks and residential plots. Dean Steel Buildings Inc. is Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and South Florida Building Code compliant. It is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and is an ISO 9001 certified company.
