We ate at ZIns today for brunch and did not have a good experience. We first asked to be moved to a different table because the tablecloth had a wet brown spot on it-might of been from the vase, but the waiter didn't know either. My lettuce in my salad had brown edges, portions very small, lobster cheesecake was very bland, and a little expensive for no more than you got to eat. You pick three items off of the brunch menu and I had salad, a small 6" breakfast pizza-which was good, and then the lobster cheesecake which I didn't eat because it had no flavor---my cost for brunch $12. We then ordered peach cobbler w/ vanilla bean ice cream for dessert-she came back and told us that they were out of ice cream. We told her okay we would take it without the ice cream and we got charged full price! Cobbler was very bland as well. We will not eat here again or recommend it. We have ate some great brunches that were all you can eat for $14-$15, great selection and delicious!

Highly recommend Zins! Great food, great service. This is where we take guests from out-of-town to show then that Cedar Rapids does have fine cuisine!
