      General Info

      The History Center is currently in the process of restoring and renovating the Douglas Mansion on 2nd Ave for our move there in Spring of 2018. Our administrative offices are currently located on Oakland road, but please note that there are no exhibits at this location. To see a History Center exhibit, please visit the downtown Cedar Rapids Public Library to see our current exhibit The Old Ball Game. You can learn more about our upcoming move and our current programs at our website.

      History Center, Carl And Mary Koehler for me and my family is one of a great place to visit in the area...Very educational and you would learn a lot in the place it self...I REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! U
