We purchased our 2011 Honda Civic at this dealership on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, and were highly satisfied! The selection of Civics was much greater than we had anticipated as we were purchasing our first out-of-state vehicle. (We reside in Illinois.) We were treated very well, and we would definitely recommend this dealership to others who may wish to purchase a Honda. We dealt with Jeff who was not a high-pressure salesperson, which we appreciated!

I had a terrible experience at Randy Kuehl Honda. When I test drove a Honda Ridgeline, the seats were quite dirty. The sales associate assured me that the seats would be professionally cleaned if I purchased the vehicle. I arranged for the seats to be cleaned and came back and bought the vehicle a few days later. At the time of purchase, the seats were still slightly damp. As they dried, it became apparent that the seats were still extremely dirty and were in need of additional cleaning or replacement. I contacted the dealership and was told that they were unable to help me in any way. The sales manager, Paul Thulin, and the owner, Randy Kuehl, simply do not care about customer satisfaction. It is apparent to me that Randy Kuehl Honda only provides remotely adequate customer service before the sale. Once they have your money, they become unresponsive.

Of all the dealerships i went to these guys were the greatest. They seemed like they really wanted me to buy, but didnt put a tons of pressure on me. One of the sales managers, John was his name i think, was kinda pushy but not unreasonable. i will probably return to buy a car when i can afford it.
