I have visited Lowe's twice recently, I'm impressed with the amount of staff present, but not impressed with the staff working to assist customers. I'm a woman, shopping alone, but not one customer representative has approached me on helping me. They are visiting with other employees, looking at their computer screen, and when I do ask for an item I feel like they are the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz and point the way. I think I've now made my last trip there even though I am in the process of updating items in my home.

I was looking for a cover for my char griller and met Jason that asked if we needed assistance. ( to make sure the correct Jason is identified, He mentioned that he had a bad ear. He was so pleasant and when we asked to have the bag opened, he did not hesitate. We were so pleased to finally locate the cover. Jason folded the cover and replaced in the bag. This cover is huge. I want you to know that I received great customer service from your employee.
