Hello! Iâ??m Kelsey Smart. After 9 years of working as a hairdresser in downtown New York City, Iâ??ve made my way home to Cedar Rapids. Iâ??m excited to create a personalized upscale experience for my clients in Eastern Iowa! I specialize in color, specifically lived-in highlights and low-maintenance blonding services like balayage. I love helping my clients transition out of high-maintenance single process looks in order to embrace and enhance their natural color, even the grays. I pride myself in giving precision and textured haircuts for everyone that grow out exceptionally.
