Sonder Solutions offers mental health counseling to adults, teens, couples, and families in the state of Iowa. Our goal is to help people reach their potential by providing a safe space to explore identity, struggles and emotions. We provide couples counseling, marriage counseling, family counseling and counseling for individuals looking to make a change. Our areas of interest range from life & work stressors to navigating money disagreements or relationship distress.
