Attorneys Process Service was founded in 1991 by Mike Barry. Mike is a life long resident of Cedar Rapids and has over thirty years of experience as a police officer at the city, state and federal levels of government. Regardless of the number of papers we have already served, the most important paper is the paper you need served today. Attorneys Process Service prides itself on integrity, experience and prompt service. We are proud members of NAPPS and the Landlords of Linn County Association. If you are a member of the Landlords of Linn County Association, you automatically qualify for a discount per paper.Process ServiceWe can handle all of your process service needs anywhere in the State of Iowa. We provide online status reports and furnish proofs of service within 24hrs. We will make multiple attempts to serve at no extra charge and we DO NOT charge for papers not served. We provide you a detailed status report and we are available for RUSH service, stake-outs, or special assignments. We will also video tape the service upon your request.
