I will never shop at this HL again. As a scrapbooker, I normally find the sales & merchandise stock are good quality. Today, however, I had a rude sales girl & her uncommunicative manager to deal with. I asked her to ask her manager, regarding the sale on cricuit cartridges (2 for $89), if I could just buy 1 for $45. She was adamant that "no you have to buy 2"; she did not ask her manager when she paged him. She just told him to bring the cartridge I was interested in. She told me I could ask him! By the time he got up to the front, she had started ringing the next person up; & then she said to me "well are you going to ask him?" so I did, and he hmm'd & studied the sales flyer, never saying ONE WORD....I finally just said "you don't want this sale, never mind." Believe me, I don't have to spend $45 ANYWHERE. This was a purchase I would have enjoyed, and it would have been a contribution to their sales profit. This store does not care about customers or even their own sales gain. AVOID
