DO NOT TAKING YOUR CLOTHING HERE: I dropped off a pair of black Banana Republic pants on Monday, December 12th. I picked them up on Wednesday, December 14th. They remained in the plastic bag until Monday, December 19th. When I put them on I discovered a large tear on the bottom right leg. The outer material is torn, but not the lining. I took them back to the business and asked them to replace the pants. The gentleman insisted he didn't tear the pants. He said they were not received torn and did not leave his store torn. He acknowledges the pants still have the original dry cleaning crease and have obviously not been worn. He said he's willing to mend the tear. I find this unacceptable because of the size and location of the tear. I want the pants replaced.
