One star to get review posted. Go elsewhere! Don't use this location! Needed temp storage. Rented the space one day and just stopped by the next day to do quick sweep and insect spray before we planned to move things in on Sat. How can you rent out a unit to someone and not clean it? The entryway and door to the storage building was not clean, covered with dirt, bugs and spiderwebs. Wasps on nest outside the door that we had to spray down. After lifting door to the actual unit, even worse. Floor and walls filthy. Spiders everywhere. We tried sweeping and spraying, and it continued to get worse, so stopped cleaning and figured best to notify the owner. After bringing these concerns to the owner, he was as rude as we've ever encountered. We said we didn't want the unit because the spiders would get into our things. He threatened to sue us over it. Sir, are you really that desperate over one month's rent??? How about you clean out spaces before renting them out? What a sham!
