OMG this place is TERRIBLE! They had to see me cause my job sent me here cause I fell at work 2 weeks later they LIED TOTALLY! They said i fell on a full bag of laundry when l slipped on a empty laundry bag they said (Dr Mcmanus) i fell SLIGHTLY when i fell hard they said i landed on my LEFT SIDE when I landed on my RIGHT SIDE! Then they said I NEVER FELL at ALL !! WHAT???? Then Dr. MCMANUS said he watched the VIDEO TAPE IS this guy BLIND?? Or just PREJUDICE?? WHY JUST WHY wont he TELL the TRUTH ? Then EVERYBODY that seen me kept XRAY 'N MY RIGHT SIDE !! NOT LEFT !! Please don't go to this place !! They dont tell the truth about your DIAGNOSIS!!

Paulette Herold, ARNP, an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, was one of the friendly staff at Allen that helped me get going again for another year of driving. I needed a certificate of health and they did a great job making sure that I was fit for work. Paulette, especially, had a caring attitude beyond any that I had ever experienced before.
