The apartments themselves are full of problems. From electrical issues to problems with all the the appliances. They have maintenance people who "fix" these problems. The price is way too high for the quality and the owner is very greedy. If you have friends over at night they will have their cars booted and have to pay a large fine just to drive home. The $250 security deposit should just be considered rent because at the very most you will receive $175 dollars back because they "clean" the carpets during the summer. Everything they say they will do with the extra money never happens. They charge utilities as a lump sum amount at the beginning of the semester which is way too high and you'll never receive a refund for that either. Finally the internet never works properly so it also shouldn't be advertised. The bottom line is that these apartments are owned by money grabbers who will do everything they can to take more and more of your money every semester.
