I stumbled upon the CCIOWH from Aetna.com for a provider and I was apprehensive about having my first male OB/GYN. But, I must say, that I absolutely LOVE this establishment. The entire staff is very professional, friendly, welcoming and caring of their patients. I hope that I am able to have my first pregnancy at this facility seen through the entire birthing process. Absolutely WONDERFUL! :-))
Dr. Sanders has seen me through an ectopic pregnancy, two deliveries, treatment for severe endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, and most recently, a hysterectomy. He is competent and caring. His practice has cutting edge technology on-site, and a great staff. He encouraged me to be an active participant in my care and truly listened to my opinions and concerns. He has extended office hours, and works hard to be accessible to his patients. Of course, sometimes he is delayed due to emergencies and deliveries, but whenever it has been my delivery or emergency, he gives me his full attention. That is the nature of a top-notch OBGN! I would recommend Dr. Sanders to any woman in need of OBGYN care, regardless of her stage of life.
Not only did the Dr answer his cell phone 3 times in what seemed like personal calls, but didn't treat me for what I went in for. I went in to get 'regular,' and he recommended infertility treatments like in-vetro. It was absolutely ridiculous. I left my appointment after the third phone call. Then they had the guts to bill me. I am so sick of these people. Stay away!
I have a HUGE bill to this place due to Dr. Heath not being upfront about charges. The billing department was unwilling to reduce costs or give me any options other than payments. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.
