Where do I begin to explain the horrific ordeal I went through at this Big O Tire store!?! I went there to get new tires for the winter, at about $500, on my car.At which point they told me my brakes were fine.1 month later my brakes were squealing so I took it in to get checked.About $400 later I drove off.A few weeks went by and my car started shaking BAD when I drove it and my brakes were grinding.After taking it in 3 times to be told nothing was wrong with it, I became forceful and told them to test drive it.The man who did came back and said there was something majorly wrong with my car.They found out my front brakes were not working AT ALL!My warrantied parts evidently did not cover labor, so about $100 later I drove off.My car has never been the same.Tires are wearing unevenly, car shakes badly, and brakes are slow to grip.Scared to drive my car.Big O said it all happened b/c of my driving. What!?! I will NEVER go back to Big O! Made my car dangerous to drive
