If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Best, fastest and most honest computer repair tech ever. They will not take advantage of you. They are competitively priced but do a lot more work than the other places in town, most of which are just laughable. Do yourself a favor, stop looking for a good tech, this is the one!

I accidentally broke my laptop screen when my laptop fell off my bed the other day. I called these guys and they told me what it would cost to fix, which was almost half of what the lowest of the other two shops quoted me, and they'd have the part in 3 days, sooner if I wanted expedited shipping (which I didn't, it's not that important). Three days later, I take my laptop in to them and leave. Before I could finish my shopping, they called and said it was ready! Excellent service, very professional, and unbelievably fast!

Multiple tries with other "techs" in town later and I finally found someone I can trust. I've been screwed around by no less than 9 different people with my computer. All have either charged me money and fixed nothing, or charged me money and didn't fix my computer problem. I was told about A+ Psychlone Computers by a friend that had taken her computer to them, and all I can say is "FINALLY". Finally someone I can trust. Finally someone that isn't in the game of price-gouging. Finally someone that can get my computer fixed properly and do it in the SAME DAY I give it to them! In a town where computer repairs normally take a week or more, it's refreshing to finally find someone of worth. These guys are definitely the experts they claim to be.

Super fast. I had a virus and they cleaned my computer, got rid of a bunch of junk that was making it slow, updated Windows and had it back to me in about 3 hours, even though I personally saw 12 other computers they were working on. Will do business again. A+++++ should be their name because they are definitely 5-star service.

there are a lot of kids trying to work on peoples computers these days. Some even have nice websites and talk the talk, but none of them can walk the walk like Psychlone. The Tech was very quick to diagnose a simple problem on my computer and very helpful in explaining just why my computer wouldn't start. And they've got the best rates I've ever seen.

I kept getting some program thing poppin g up in the lower right corner of my screen. Then I got a call from Microsoft saying that I was spreading viruses, so I let them remote into my computer to fix it. After rooting around for a while, they tol dme it would be $299 to continue! I hung up! Then I caleed A Psyclone and they told me that it was all part of a scam. I guess I fell for a cold call ebcause they make it sound like my computer was messing up about the same time that it really was. A Psyclone computers saved me over $200 from what "Microsoft" was going to charge me, and I had my computer back in the same day, even though they had somethin glike 15 other computers going at the same time. Great work and definitely honest and trustworthy!

I'm a local business owner and lost my Quickbooks files. My antivirus was disabled and internet wasn't working either, so I took my computer to A Psychlone Computers because I used to have Red Rock Computers work on my stuff. Turns out that I had some trojans on there. After the computer was cleaned up, the tech guy helped me find my Quickbooks file and recover it to it's previously working state. All this was done in about 4 hours time. Same day service. Can't beat that!

As a business owner with all of my invoices in digital format on my computer, it almost killed me when my computer started up to a completely black screen then rebooted over and over. No matter what I did, it would just keep restarting. I called A+ Psychlone Computer Repair for an appointment and they said to bring it in immediately. They told me that if they couldn't get anything, they wouldn't charge for trying, so I figured I had nothing to lose. Turns out that my hard drive had failed, but they were able to retrieve all of my data without missing anything, even though the drive clearly was dead, making strange clicking noises and such. I checked just to see what some major companies charge for data recovery like this, and beginning at over one THOUSAND dollars, the $200 I paid was an excellent deal! I can't believe that's all it cost after doing some research. I will definitely refer everyone I know to A+ Psychlone Computer Repair.

lol I got that think point virus too. It wouldn't let me do anyting, it just kept scanning and syaing that everything was infected with trojans. After about 3 days of not being able to use my computer, I took it to A+ pscylone computers and they fixed it in only a few hours. When Igot it back, I was very impressed that not only did they get rid of hte think point thing, but the machine seemed quicker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111one

My computer recently popped up with something called Think Point, microsoft logo, colors, and everything. I figured it was something new that microsoft had rolled out for security purposes, so I engaged it with the Safe Startup button, the only option available. When the screen came up, it said I was infected with 40-something viruses. I called around (it's saturday) and no one was available but A+ Psychlone Computer Repair. I'm very glad that they answered my call. I took my computer in, they cleared out the viruses, and had my computer back to me in just hours. They explained that this Think Point actually IS the virus, and not the viruses it said I had, so WORD OF WARNING: if you see Think Point with a microsoft logo and colors, don't click anything but instead call A+ Psychlone Computer Repair and let them fix your computer fast! It was cheaper than the other times I've dealt with viruses in the past, certainly faster, and they're very professional. A+++++ (5 stars) WILL USE AGAIN

I thought I had lost everything when I found out that I had a virus on my computer. After talking with these guys, they told me that they would be able to get rid of the virus without even touching any of my personal stuff. Turns out they were right! They got rid of the virus and even cleaned up the computer for me too!

We had a bad thunderstorm here in Southern Utah, and the day after, our computer wouldn't turn on. We drove roughly 60 miles to bring our computer to A+ Psychlone Computers because of 2 things: They took over Red Rock Computers, which was a very trusted and well-known computer repair shop, and because of the reviews on the internet. We called when we were only 15 minutes away, and the owner told us he'd wait for us, even though it was just after closing time. When we arrived, he immediately disassembled the computer and tested the power supply, which turned out to be bad. He replaced the power supply and had our computer done in about 10 minutes from the time we walked through the door! We thought we would be out of a computer for a few days, maybe a week, but to have perfect service in the time frame that it was performed was excellence at it's best! Thanks Colby, you've got loyal followers from out of town!

the advertisments that say they're fast are underrated! i had a problem with my laptop and took it to them and they had it fixed and back to me right after lunch! I'll definitely tell everyone I know to not waste their time with other computer repair shops in cedar city

I work for a large corporation and our local office has several computers networked together through a central Buffalo RAID5 server. When we were having issues with connection problems between several of our computers and the main server, A+ Psychlone Computers showed up within 10 minutes of my call and had all of them blazing fast in just a few short minutes! I'm not sure how you do it, but good job guys!

I was the unfortunate recipient of a black-out that damaged something in my hard drive, I couldn't even start my computer, leaving me no way for me to get my pictures and data back, but A+ Psychlone Computer Repair took my computer, recovered all of my pictures and data, and got me all set back up! I brought a Verbatim external hard drive to A Psychlone Computers after I had dropped it and damaged it. After realizing that there was no way for me to recover any data (my computer wouldn't even recognize that it was attached), they told me they'd give it a shot.They recovered every single file from that drive, even though it was apparently dead.Not only did it save me a ton of money to have them do this type of data recovery rather than the 'big-name' store in town, but I got every picture, document, and other file back.As a college student currently attending SUU, I really appreciate the work that they put into my data, treating it like the gold it really is to me, and not charging an arm and a leg to get it back to me.

Even though they're very busy, they still got my computer back to me in a couple hours.I see 3 or 4 reviews on one day, I suspect this is a small fraction of people that they're actually helping, as when I dropped my computer off, he had 12 or 13 computers there, and when I picked it up, there were only 4 of the same ones plus at least 10 new ones!Great service, easy and quick

I was worried when I found out that Red Rock Computers had gone out of business, but it was taken over by another fellow (I forget his name).He's very knowledgeable and puts a lot of effort into making sure everything is done right.He's also a lot cheaper than the other options in Cedar City. He's not undercutting by far, but what you get for the price is a significant difference.I will make sure to tell my friends, family and associates that there's still a quality computer repair shop in town, just a different name than we were all used to.
