Madison County Distillery is a family owned, artisan distillery located on a 200-year old historic farm called, “The Maples.” This start-up sits on the family’s 90-acre farm which features pure Marcellus-shale spring water, organically-farmed pastures and wooded hiking trails. Come have a tour, a taste, and purchase a bottle. We promise to lift your spirits! Our tacos are award winning and delicious. We also offer an assortment of appetizers. Come sit at our outdoor tables during the warmer months.
